THE ART OF THANK YOU Have you noticed how seldom someone says "thank you" when you do a kindness for him or her? I'm referring to the general public, the people you meet on the street, the ones you hold the door for, or the ones you move your shopping cart for, or the ones you move over for when your car is too close to the line? Today and for the rest of this month, take time to be in the NOW MOMENT. Be aware of how people are isolated in their thoughts not noticing the little kind, thoughtful things you do for them. Make a promise to yourself..."I will practice the ART OF THANK YOU." Recognize and give thanks to those who do an act of kindness for you. Go another step...Take time to thank your car for running or your dog/cat for loving you or for a beautiful day. A heart filled with gratitude is honored by the Universe.
